سياسة الشحن والاستبدال والاسترجاع
في Cap Kiiro نحرص على تجهيز وشحن جميع الطلبات بعناية لضمان وصولها إلى العميل في الوقت المحدد وبأفضل حالة ممكنة.
مدة تجهيز الطلب
يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال 1–2 يوم عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.
مدة الشحن داخل المملكة العربية السعودية
يتم توصيل الطلب خلال 2–3 أيام عمل حسب المنطقة.
يتم إرسال رقم التتبع للعميل فور شحن الطلب لمتابعته حتى لحظة الاستلام.
مدة الشحن إلى دول الخليج
يتم توصيل الطلب خلال 3–4 أيام عمل حسب الدولة.

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
لا يمكن استرجاع الطلب بعد فتح التغليف.
في حال وصول المنتج تالفًا أو وجود خطأ في الطلب، سيتم استبداله مجانًا.

- داخل المملكة العربية السعودية: لضمان وصول الطلب بيسر وسهولة، يرجى التأكد من إضافة العنوان الوطني بشكل صحيح عند إتمام الطلب (إلزامي).
- لا يمكن تعديل الطلب أو عنوان الشحن بعد تأكيده.

Delivery takes 2–3 business days depending on the region.

Delivery takes 3–4 business days depending on the destination.
A tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.
Exchange & Returns
Returns are not accepted after the packaging has been opened.
In case of a damaged item or an order mistake, we will exchange it free of charge.
